VCC details are shared immediately after you receive any booking from us. But you can charge the Virtual credit card based on the cancellation policy of the booking.

  • If you are not providing any option of free cancellation to the travellers, you can charge the VCC, three days before the check-in date.
  • If you are providing free cancellation to the travelers up to 48 hours before the check-in, you can charge the VCC two days before the check-in.
  •  If you are providing free cancellation to the travellers up to 24 hours before the check-in, you can charge the VCC one day before the check-in.
  •  If you are providing free cancellation to the travellers till they check-in you can charge the VCC, after the check-in.
