You may follow the below steps to configure Basic Promotion.
Step 1: Login to the InGo-MMT Extranet- https://in.goibibo.com/accounts/login/?next=/extranet/
Step 2: Click on the 'Promotion & Coupon’ under the 'Grow Your Business' tab in the left navigation pane.
Step 3: Click on the “Create New Promotion” tab.
Step 4: Under the Basic Promotions section, click the 'Create now' button
Step 5: Select the offer type - flat discount or percentage discount.
Step 6: Enter the discount value. The logged-in discount value will be auto-populated if it is already configured. In such cases, the logged-in customers will receive a higher discount compared to non-logged-in customers.
Once the promotion is activated, the discount will be offered until the promotion is deactivated. While configuring the discount you can choose to define the dates for their validity.
Step 7: Apply the promotion basis the check-in date or booking date. You can also choose both booking dates and stay dates. You can also select relevant dates- Booking Dates/Stay Dates from the calendar.
Step 8: You may also set some limitations on the promotions like non-applicability on certain dates, making the booking non-refundable, and restricting the promotion on pay-at-hotel bookings and all rooms and rate plans.
Step 9: Mention the Promotion Name.
Step 1: Click on ‘Save Changes’.
