You may follow the below-mentioned steps to configure Early Bird Promotion on your property.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Promotions & Coupon’ under 'Grow your business’ tab on the left navigation pane.
Step 3: Click on the “Create New Promotion” tab.
Step 4: Choose the type of promotion you want to create: Early Bird Promotion.
Step 5: Set the discount percentage for your promotion.
The logged-in discount value will be auto-populated if it is already configured. In such cases, the logged-in customers will receive a higher discount compared to non-logged-in customers.
Step 6: Choose a bookable period for your Early Bird promotion. Early Bird deals intends to target guests booking a stay long before check-in.
Note: Multiple early-bird promotions can be applied. Once the promotion is activated, the discount will be offered to travellers until the promotion is deactivated or you can choose to define the dates.
Step 7: Choose the promotion validity under ‘Specify Promotion Validity’ section based on the check-in date or the booking & check-in (stay dates).
Step 8: Enter your promotion’s name.
Step 9: Under Advanced settings, add any additional details or restrictions for your promotion, such as rooms, rate plan, or blackout dates.
Step 10: Preview your promotion to ensure everything looks correct.
Click ‘Create Promotion’ to make your promotion live on our website and mobile app.
