You may follow the below-mentioned steps to configure Last minute Promotion. 

 

Step 1:  Login to the Ingommt Extranet- https://in.goibibo.com/accounts/login/?next=/extranet/  



 


Step 2: Click on the 'Promotions’ tab under Grow your Business tab on the left navigation pane’. 

 

 


 

Step 3: Click on the “Create New Promotion”. 



Step 4: Choose the type of promotion you want to create: Last Minute Promotion


Step 5: Set the discount percentage for your promotion. 



 

 


Step 6:  Choose a bookable period for your Last-Minute promotion. Last-minute deals intend to target guests looking for a stay up to two days before check-in. 



Note: Multiple last-minute promotions can be applied. Once the promotion is activated, the discount will be offered to travellers until the promotion is deactivated or you can choose to define the dates.  



Step 7: Specify the promotion validity under ‘Specify Promotion Validity’ section based on the check-in date or the booking & check-in (stay dates).




Step 8: Enter your promotion’s name. 


 



Step 9: Under Advanced settings, add any additional details or restrictions for your promotion, such as rooms, rate plan, or blackout dates. 





 Step 10: Preview your promotion to ensure everything looks correct.

Click ‘Create Promotion’ to make your promotion live on our website and mobile app.
