You may follow the below steps to configure Free Night promotions. 


Step 1:Login to the InGo-MMT Extranet-https://in.goibibo.com/accounts/login/?next=/extranet/

 


Step 2: Click on the 'Promotion & Coupon’ under 'Grow Your Business' tab.

Step 3:  Click 'Create New Promotion' Tab and choose ‘Free Night Promotion’.

 

 

Step 4: You may choose the number of nights for which you want to offer a free stay to the guests.Once the promotion is activated, the discount will be offered to travelers until the promotion is deactivated or you can choose to define the dates.

 

Step 5: Click on ‘Edit Dates' to apply the promotion basis the check-in date or the booking date. You can also choose both booking dates and stay dates.

 


Step 6: You can select relevant dates- Booking Dates/Stay Dates from the calendar.

 


Step 7: You can also have some limitations on the promotions like non-applicability on certain dates, making the booking non-refundable restricting the promotion on pay at hotel bookings, and on all rooms and rate plans.

 


Step 8: Mention the Promotion Name.

 


Step 9: Click on ‘Save Changes’.
