You may inform your guests on how to collect the keys in a few simple steps.
Step 1: Login to Ingommt Extranet: https://in.goibibo.com/accounts/login/?next=/extranet/
Step 2: Click on the 'Property’ tab and choose the 'Policy' section.
Step 3: Click on 'House Rules.'
Step 4: Click on 'Key Exchange.'
Step 5: In the 'Key Exchange’ section, you may update if guests can collect or deposit keys through the building staff. If you want to add any other information regarding the keys collection, you may mention in the blank text box.
Step 6: Don't forget to click on 'Save and Continue.'
This section might not be available for all the properties. It is only live for certain property types like home-stays, villas, unique stays, etc.
