The clicks delivery depends on different factors like hotel CTR (Click Through Rate), overall traffic etc. which are outside our control. As a result, sometimes it's possible that fewer clicks than purchased are delivered. In such cases, the campaigns are extended for some duration. But beyond that also if we are unable to serve the clicks and the campaign is ended, the remaining amount gets refunded. Refunds takes 2-14 days to process.
