You may follow the below-mentioned steps, to find out the name and email ID of the guest giving the review.
Step 1- Login to the Ingommt Extranet- https://in.goibibo.com/accounts/login/?next=/extranet/
Step 2- Under the Dashboards section, click on 'Reviews Tab'
Step 3- Copy the booking ID for which you want to fetch the name and email ID details.
Step 4- Go back to the Dashboards section, and click on 'Bookings Tab'. Paste the booking ID in the 'Booking ID ' box and click on 'search' to fetch the booking details.
Step 5- You will now be able to view the name and email ID of the guest.
