Past reviews for your property can only be removed in case of change of management. For instance, if you have acquired or bought a new property that was under some other management earlier. You may raise a request to your Business Development Manager for removing the 'Old Reviews' along with providing the below-mentioned details.

After evaluating your request, all the reviews with check-in date before the date of 'change of management' will be removed.
