There are various 'Free Cancellation Policies' that you can offer to your guests. The more flexible your cancellation policies, better are the chances of conversion.
Free Cancellation till Check-in: It means that guests can get a full refund, even if they cancel their reservation/booking till the check-in time. Once, you activate this policy, your other cancellation policies will also become refundable till check-in.
Free Cancellation Upto 24 Hours: If the booking is cancelled 24 hours before check-in, the guest will get the full refund. However, if it is cancelled within 24 hours of check-in, or is a 'No Show,' the guest will not get the refund.
Free Cancellation Upto 48 Hours: If the booking is cancelled 48 hours before check-in, the guest will get the full refund. However, if it is cancelled within 48 hours of check-in, or is a 'No Show,' the guest will not get the refund.
Free Cancellation Upto 72 Hours: If the booking is cancelled 72 hours before check-in, the guest will get the full refund. However, if it is cancelled within 72 hours of check-in, or is a 'No Show,' the guest will not get the refund.
