Yes, our pre-booking chat feature allows guests to interact with you even before they book your property. Guests can initiate chat from the property Detail Page and Host Info Page using both MakeMyTrip & Goibibo web and mobile application.   

Once they initiate the chat you will be notified through emails and app notifications. Usually, guests interact with the host or the owner to resolve their queries before making the final reservation. 

Please note that this feature is only available for properties like homestays, villas, apartments, and hostels. If you want to enable this feature for your property, please get in touch with your business manager.
