Normally, you only need to update the base rate plan price. However, you can edit the linkage value to modify a child rate plan price without affecting the base price.
On the Rates & Inventory screen, click "Manage Linkage" under the room category. Now, you can edit linked rates for both meals and occupancy to update the child rate plan prices.
