Once a guest has submitted a review, a "Review Received" tag will be displayed against that booking. You can also view the review by going to the “Ratings & Reviews” screen.
We recommend that you respond to every review. Responding to all reviews, positive or negative, is a great way to show customers you care about their feedback. It further shows you're engaged with your customers and may help build trust and improve your business reputation.
