THERE IS NO SMOKING ROOMS

NOT OPEN BOOKING AND RATE AND INVENTORY

We have listed our resort on MMT last 2 Month back, but still we are not getting single booking,

TO DAY WE BOOKING IN THE NAME OF SANDRA JAMES TOTAL 5 ROOMS

THE PROBLEM IS OUR AC SYSTEM FAILED CAN U CANCEL THIS BOOKING AND SHIFT TO ANOTHER HOTEL.

I have completed all the fills up in the site and I have sent my agreement too for Shalom Guest House but my property has not yet listed in your platform. Please help me with this to solve as early as possible. Thank you Shalom Guest House, Sohra

Despite repeated follow-ups, they are neither addressing my issues nor providing any workable solution. In fact, they are making simple matters unnecessarily complicated, which is directly impacting my hotel business performance and guest satisfaction. I have tried to communicate and resolve issues in a cooperative manner, but their negligence and lack of support are now affecting my listings, visibility, and ultimately, my direct revenue. This kind of behavior from the backend team is extremely disappointing for a hospitality partner who is trying to grow the business with your platform. Hence, I request you to kindly: Replace the current BDM and Zonal Manager immediately Assign a proactive, responsive and Odia-speaking BDM who understands the local market dynamics and language Ensure that my concerns are taken seriously and resolved on priority I hope you take this matter with urgency and professionalism.
